In February 2026, NASA's Commercial Satellite Data Acquisition (CSDA) program announced eight new vendor agreements to bolster high-resolution Earth observation. Key partners include Planet, Airbus, Capella Space, and ICEYE, supplying critical multispectral and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery to enhance scientific research, climate monitoring, and data availability for authorized users.
