Central Asia Regional Information Network Meeting, 13-17 September 2023, Issyk Kul, Kyrgyzstan.

The Central Asia Regional Information Network (CARIN; https://centralasiarin.net) meeting took place 13-17 September 2023 on the shores of Issyk Kul in eastern Kyrgyzstan.
