Son Van Nghiem Named IEEE Life Fellow

LCLUC PI Dr. Son Van Nghiem has been selected as an IEEE Life Fellow for his leadership, volunteerism, and dedication to advancing technology for humanity.  Notable IEEE Life Fellows recognized in prior years are Charles Elachi, Fawwaz Ulaby, Wolfgang Boerner, Akira Ishimaru, Tony Milne, Marti Hallikainen, etc., who are pillars of the geoscience and remote sensing community.  The IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) is the world's largest technical professional organization with more than 400,000 members throughout the world.
