Position Title: Postdoctoral Researcher - Land Use Conversion Assessment

Location: Fully remote or Madison, WI, USA

Position Type: Full-Time Postdoctoral Fellowship. Note, the candidate will have the opportunity

to base their employment through Carbon A-List, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, or other

partner universities or organizations.

Position Summary

The position provides support for funded research focused on quantitative remote sensing, spatial modeling, data/information synthesis, and the manipulation and processing of terrestrial satellite data. We are seeking highly qualified candidates with the following skills and experience: machine learning, expertise in Google Earth Engine, proficiency in satellite data processing, strong programming abilities, and a demonstrated track record of publications.
